Commercial & Office Movers in California & Arizona

Office relocations engineered for zero Monday-morning downtime.

An office move is not a household move with more chairs. It's a logistics project with a deadline, dozens of stakeholders, IT dependencies, and a building manager on each side who needs paperwork, certificates, and an elevator reservation. Green Echo's commercial team plans office relocations the way IT teams plan a server migration — backwards from Monday morning, with a written runbook and rehearsals.

We move law firms, medical practices, creative studios, light-industrial shops, and SaaS companies up to about 150 desks across California and Arizona. Most of our commercial moves happen Friday night through Sunday so you unlock Monday morning with phones live, monitors up, and chairs at the right desk.

Process

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Walkthrough

On-site survey at both addresses with your facilities lead. We measure, photograph, identify access issues, and meet the building manager.

  2. Step 02

    Runbook

Written project plan with timeline, crew assignments, equipment list, and key dependencies (IT, security, COIs). You sign off before we schedule.

  3. Step 03

    Pre-pack

Crates and labels delivered to your office a week ahead. We train your team on labeling the night before the move.

  4. Step 04

    Move weekend

Friday end-of-day through Sunday afternoon. Crews work in shifts. IT coordinator on-site for disconnect and reconnect.

  5. Step 05

    Monday cutover

We're on-site Monday morning during the first hour of business to handle any 'this isn't where I left it' issues immediately.

Transparent

Pricing & what to expect

Commercial moves are quoted as flat-rate projects, not hourly. A typical 30-desk office relocation within an LA, Phoenix, or San Diego metro runs $8,500–$18,000 depending on furniture inventory, IT scope, and building access at both ends. A 100-desk relocation runs $25,000–$60,000.

We provide a single line-item budget with crew labor, equipment, materials, IT handling, crating, and after-hours premiums broken out. No change orders unless your scope changes.

Owner-operated

Why Green Echo for this work

We've moved everything from a 5-person creative studio to a 130-desk law firm with a 9-figure case load. The thing that goes wrong on most commercial moves is communication, not logistics — so we lead with the runbook, run two on-site coordinators on weekend moves, and we keep one crew available Monday morning for the inevitable touch-up. Your Monday is the deadline. We plan everything backwards from there.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle IT disconnect and reconnect?+

Yes. We disconnect, label, transport, and reconnect workstation IT (monitors, towers, peripherals, cables) coordinated with your IT lead. For server and network gear we crate and transport; your IT team or vendor handles rack-and-stack.

Can you move on weekends and overnight?+

Yes — most of our commercial moves happen Friday night through Sunday. We don't upcharge for after-hours beyond the labor itself.

How far in advance should we book?+

For a 30+ desk office, four to six weeks of lead time is ideal. We've done two-week emergency relocations; we'd rather plan for six.

Do you file COIs and reserve elevators?+

Yes. Once contracted, our project coordinator handles building manager paperwork, COI filings, and elevator reservations at both ends.
